Import your MS Project programme or build it in Lobocon. The critical path, float and slippage recalculate on every update, and every re-baseline carries a reason. When the extension of time claim comes, the record is already written.

The problem
What it does
Forward and backward pass, float, and finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish and start-to-finish links with lag. Change one date and the path moves with it.
Schedule
Set a baseline, track slippage against it, and re-baseline when the programme genuinely changes. A reason is required and the old baseline is kept, so variance is always measured against something real.

Import tasks and dependencies from MS Project XML. Replace the schedule or merge into it; progress is preserved by MS Project UID.

Clears the current schedule and imports fresh.
Adds new tasks and updates matching ones. Progress kept by MS Project UID.
Baseline dates beside actual dates for every task, variance in days, and the tasks that moved the finish date. The same view your planned vs actual page reads from.

Yes. Export it as XML and import it. Replace clears the current schedule and imports fresh; Merge adds new tasks and updates matching ones. Progress is preserved by MS Project UID.
Yes. Forward and backward pass, free and total float, and all four dependency types with lag. The path recalculates on every change.
You give a reason, the old baseline is kept, and variance is measured against the baseline you choose. Nothing is overwritten.
